Some of the worlds most famous DJ’s use these bad boys, not only do they sound great, feel great but they can take a real pounding; having been a DJ myself I used to throw these headphones about as if they were a fiver each. They got sat on, thrown at another DJ, covered in beer, you name it these things have been to hell and back.
One great feature is that pretty much every component is replaceable meaning you need not shell out for a new pair if something like the cable breaks
For me there are two issues which need a remedy on the next incarnation of this pro DJ series; the first is the connectors that fit into the actual cans, they are small and after a while they become less and less tight meaning you loose connection; the second issue is how the cable is routed over the headband, you tend to find the band pinches the cable, again meaning you loose connection.
Oddly and not so much of an issue is these headphones sound better the louder you use them, but careful with your ears and try not to over do it. If your currently on the DJ circuit then you wont go wrong with the HD25’s, you will find many other DJs  will happily recommend them. As far headphone prices go, you are getting a lot for your money and having a reliable pair of headphones while your working is a must.
For those sensible enough to have a normal 9-5 job you will not be disappointed, although not advertised as noise cancelling, once you have these on you find it hard to hear much else on the outside, making them an ideal choice for serious music loving office workers.
